A plain-English summary of what RESELIX keeps about you, and how to remove it. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Delete your account
Go to Settings → Delete my account. You'll be asked for your password. Then, straight away:
- Deleted: your account and login, every photo you uploaded, your batches and listings, your linked marketplace accounts and the shop numbers read from them, your settings and consents, and your usage history.
- Not touched: your marketplace accounts themselves, and anything already listed or saved as a draft there. Remove those on the marketplace if you want them gone.
- Kept by law: payment and invoice records held by Stripe.
- Kept as proof of agreement: a minimal coded (pseudonymised) record of which document versions were accepted and when (see the Privacy Policy).
- Already sent to AI providers: photos and text sent to an AI or image provider follow that provider's own rules.
- On your computer: remove the RESELIX extension from Chrome to clear its local data.
Deleting your account also cancels any paid plan straight away: you aren't charged again, and there's no refund for the rest of the current billing period.
Stop RESELIX reading your shop
Unlink a marketplace account in Settings. That deletes the shop numbers read from it, including the daily record of each item's views and favourites (otherwise kept for 60 days). RESELIX only reads your shop when you press Refresh Vinted.
