These terms are an agreement between you and [RESELIX legal entity name] ("RESELIX", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who can use RESELIX
- You must be 16 or over.
- You must also meet each marketplace's own rules, including its age rules. Vinted, for example, requires its members to be 18 or over. If a marketplace doesn't allow you to use it, you can't use RESELIX with that marketplace.
- You're responsible for keeping your RESELIX password safe.
2. What RESELIX does
- You upload photos of items. AI identifies each item and suggests a title, description, size and price. AI can be wrong: you must check every listing before it goes live, especially size, condition, brand and price.
- Where RESELIX shows a size as an "AI estimate", it was guessed from the photos, not read from a label.
- Our browser extension fills listing forms on marketplaces such as Vinted inside your own logged-in browser. It saves drafts or leaves the final "publish" step to you unless you have switched on an automatic option.
- With your permission, the extension reads your own shop on those marketplaces (your listings, views, favourites and sales) to show you analytics. It does not read other sellers' data.
3. Marketplace risk: please read
- Marketplaces such as Vinted and Depop do not officially support cross-listing tools like RESELIX, and their terms generally restrict automated use of their services.
- Using RESELIX could lead a marketplace to warn, limit, suspend or close your marketplace account. We work to reduce this risk (one item at a time, human-like pauses, a daily limit of 50 automatic drafts or posts per platform, and stopping when a marketplace asks for verification), but we cannot remove it.
- You decide whether to use RESELIX with each marketplace and you accept this risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for actions a marketplace takes on your account.
- We never ask for or store your marketplace passwords.
4. Your content and your listings
- You keep ownership of your photos and listings. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide RESELIX to you (including sending them to the AI and image providers named in our Privacy Policy).
- You must only upload photos you have the right to use, and only list items you are allowed to sell. Don't list counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or prohibited items.
- You are the seller. Descriptions, prices, sales, postage, returns and disputes are between you, the buyer and the marketplace.
5. Plans, payment and cancelling
- Paid plans are monthly subscriptions taken by Stripe. Each plan includes monthly allowances (for example AI listings and background removals) shown on the Billing page.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

6. Fair use
- Don't try to get around plan limits, reverse-engineer or overload RESELIX, or use it to harm others.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users or marketplaces at risk.
7. Our responsibility to you
- We provide RESELIX with reasonable care and skill, but AI suggestions and analytics may contain mistakes and marketplaces may change their sites at any time, so features may stop working.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account. See Your data for what is deleted and what is kept.
9. Changes and law
- If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll ask you to accept the new version before you carry on.
